Dashboard and notifications

A site that tells you what needs you.

Open the admin and see how the site is doing. Leave it alone and it lets you know when an email bounced, a licence is running out, or someone is hammering the sign-in page.

The Dashboard: page views today, visitors now, pages, form submissions this week, site health, a Needs attention list and recent activity

The site at a glance

Page views today against yesterday, visitors right now, pages and drafts, form submissions this week, site health, a 30-day chart and your top pages. It refreshes itself.

Needs attention

Anything quietly wrong in one list - no email server set, a cookie banner with no privacy link, a failing health check - with a link straight to the fix.

Counts beside every Tool

Drafts, unread mail, overdue to-dos, new submissions, visitors now. Red when something is late, a pulsing dot when it is happening now. Hover for the detail.

The Notifications inbox with messages from Surveys, Waypoint Pro, Blog Pro and Invoices
Notifications

One inbox for everything the site noticed.

The CMS and every Tool raise notifications into one inbox with a bell in the top bar. A repeat updates the same notice instead of piling up, and a notice clears itself when its cause goes away.

  • Choose what you hear about - crashes, failed emails, expiring licences and API tokens, low disk space, repeated failed sign-ins, form triggers.
  • Choose who hears - Super Admins, all admins, particular roles or particular people.
  • Desktop pop-ups in the browser, even in a background tab - all of them, or only the serious ones.
  • Your to-dos remind you when they are due or overdue.

Stop checking. Get told.
