Feedback puts a Send feedback button in your admin. Report a bug, ask for a feature or tell us what you like, then watch it move from seen to planned to done, with our reply beside it.
What Feedback does for you
Say it in your admin
A bug, a request, a question, praise or something else, with where it happened and how bad it is.
See what became of it
Each report shows its status - seen, planned, in progress, done or not planned - and our reply.
Know when we answer
Unread replies count on the sidebar badge and raise a notice.
Never lost
Reports are kept on your site until they are delivered, so a hiccup never loses one and a retry never sends two.
From the right person
Reports are built from the signed-in user, so we know who to reply to.
Admins decide
Sending is part of the feedback permission, given to admins; grant it to other roles if you wish.
Try it in 5 minutes
- Open Feedback in the admin sidebar.
- Press Send feedback and choose Bug, Request, Question, Praise or Other.
- Say what happened and where. For a bug, pick how serious it is.
- Send it. It appears in your list as sent.
- When we reply, the badge lights up and the reply appears under your report.
Good to know
Feedback reaches Domma from sites we host and manage. A site you run on your own server is told there is nowhere to send to.
