Showcase / The Pro Suite
Pro Suite tourOne business. Every Pro Tool. One admin.
This is what a Domma CMS Pro Suite looks like: all twenty-two Pro Tools under one umbrella, running one small company. ACME Ltd wins customers, sells, serves, gets paid, runs its team and stays safe - from the same admin, with one sign-in, one notification centre, one calendar and one contacts book shared by every Tool.
Twenty-two Tools that behave like one product.
A Pro Tool is not a separate app with its own login and its own copy of your customers. Each one files into the same admin, answers to the same roles, and shares what the others already know.
One admin
Every Tool files under Tools in the sidebar. Most keep a live count there - orders to fulfil, overdue invoices, unread messages, MOTs due - so the sidebar is ACME's to-do list.
One sign-in
Security Pro guards every way in: two-factor sign-in required per role, lockouts, a firewall for scanners and every signed-in session in one list.
One notification centre
Fourteen Pro Tools report into the same Notifications: an MOT due from Garage, a company waiting for approval on the Job Board, new survey answers, a comment in Waypoint.
One calendar
Events, to-dos, contacts' birthdays and scheduled social posts, each a layer you can switch on or off in the same Calendar.
One contacts book
Invoices, Email, Surveys and Calendar all pick people from Contacts. Add a customer once and every Tool knows them.
One data layer
Every Tool keeps its records as collections. Data Transfer backs them all up and moves them to MongoDB; the MongoDB Adapter gives the site its own database.
The Dashboard pulls the day together: traffic, submissions, site health and what needs attention.
One notification centre: Security Pro, Garage, Job Board, Surveys and Waypoint, side by side.
The map: what flows from one Tool to the next.
Every line here is a real connection in the Tools themselves, not a diagram of good intentions. Switch a Tool off and the others carry on without that line.

Win customers
ACME's spring catalogue went out as a newsletter, a Tools Weekly review linked to it, and the workshop posts about every new product. Three Tools show what worked and put it in front of more people.
Analytics Pro Pro
Where visitors came from, by channel, site and campaign. Over thirty days ACME can see 193 visits from the spring-catalogue newsletter, 250 from the Tools Weekly review, and search, social and email side by side. Cookieless, with the route each visit took through the site, a live view and a printable report.
SEO Pro Pro
The review in Tools Weekly linked to an address that no longer exists. SEO Pro's not-found log shows it - eleven visits to /shop/no4-plane, and who sent them - so ACME can point it at the right page in one click. It adds link checks, structured data for rich results and every title and description in one grid to the SEO built into Domma CMS.
Social Media Pro Pro
ACME's Open Workshop Saturday is scheduled to Bluesky and Mastodon, and a draft was waiting the moment "Our new marking gauges are here" went up on the blog. Every link is tagged for Analytics, every scheduled post sits on the Calendar, and every page gets a share card - drawn in the site's colours if it has no image. Sold with SEO Pro.
ACME's accounts are connected to a local stand-in for this demo, so nothing here was really posted.
Sell
The free Shopping Cart takes the orders. Shopping Cart Pro adds what a growing shop needs next, and Blog Pro gives ACME more than one place to tell its story.
Shopping Cart Pro Pro
Insights tells ACME what twelve weeks of selling looked like: £3,094 from 25 orders, nine of ten customers coming back, and three abandoned checkouts worth £477.80 still waiting for a nudge. The best sellers are planes. Discount codes, shipping zones with rates by weight or order value, tax by country and branded order emails come with it.
Blog Pro Pro
ACME runs two blogs on one site: the everyday Blog for news and guides, and the Journal for long reads, each with its own address, look and settings. Dozens of layouts, self-hosted fonts and privacy-first media - videos, galleries, maps - without a third-party embed. If the licence ever lapses, the free Blog takes over and every post stays.
Serve customers
Everything ACME knows about a customer lives in Contacts, and every Tool that talks to customers reads from it.
Contacts Pro Pro
ACME added its own fields - trade tier and renewal date - and sorted people into Customers, Suppliers, Trade accounts and Press, each group with its own emblem and colours. Birthdays coming up are at the top and on the Calendar. Share a contact, several, or a whole group with people or roles, to view or to edit. Same contacts as the built-in Tool, so nothing moved.
Email Pro Pro
A full email client in the admin: connect your own mailboxes, then read, write, search and file mail, with conversations, rules, send later, snooze, undo send and an away reply. Compose already knows ACME's customers - type "Mar" and Contacts offers Margaret Holloway and Chloe Martin. A message can become a draft page or a collection entry, and an attachment can go straight to Media.
ACME is pretend, so it has no real mail server and its inbox is empty here - this is the compose window, working against real Contacts. Search, conversations, rules, send later, snooze and the away reply need MongoDB.
Surveys Pro
"Customer satisfaction 2026" went to twenty customers imported from Contacts, each with a personal link, and fifteen have answered. Results come question by question as they arrive, reminders go to the rest, and the survey itself is a Domma form - logic, wizards and all.
Calendar Pro
The one calendar. ACME's events - a quarterly review, the team lunch, a supplier visit - share the month with to-dos, contacts' birthdays and scheduled social posts, each a layer switched on or off at the top. Events can be public with RSVPs, shared with people or roles, repeat, and publish an iCal feed.
Booking Pro Pro
Customers book ACME's workshop time from the site. Beginners' joinery needs Sam and the workshop together, so a time is only offered when both are free; it has eight places, and when Saturday's class filled, Jack and Lucy joined the waiting list. If someone cancels, the first in line is booked in and emailed. Priya's sharpening clinics sit beside it in the same Diary, and every customer lands in Contacts.
Get paid
Trade customers buy on account, so ACME invoices them - from the same contacts the rest of the business uses.
Invoices Pro
Eight invoices, £1,918.56 outstanding and one overdue - and the sidebar keeps count of what is outstanding, in red while anything is overdue. Receivers come from Contacts, VAT is optional, payments are recorded against each invoice, and the print-ready invoice goes out by email or as a PDF. Export to CSV or Excel for the accountant.
Run the team
Five people, one workshop, a website launch and a hiring round. The team plans, talks, writes and recruits without leaving the admin.
Waypoint Pro Pro
The spring catalogue launch is a Waypoint project: issues on a board, a sprint with a burndown, and LAUNCH10 - the discount code - tracked as WEB-5. Comments, mentions and watchers tell the right people, through the same notifications as everything else.
Messages Pro
Direct messages and group conversations between the people on the site, delivered as they are sent. The whole workshop is in one group; the supplier delay went to James directly. Attachments, drafts kept per conversation, archive, search and an unread badge in the sidebar.
Docs Pro
The catalogue copy is written in Docs and shared with the team as editors; when it is ready it goes on as a draft blog post, a draft page or an email. One person edits at a time and everyone else sees who; the owner can take over. Folders, templates, version history, public read-only links and export to Markdown, HTML, text or PDF.
Docs Pro Pro
ACME's staff handbook is a Docs folder published as a Space, with a reader built for long reading. Quotes start from a ready-made template and fill in from Contacts; the Harbour Café agreement went out for signing and came back signed in order. Sam suggests changes to the price list for Alex to accept or reject.
Job Board Pro
ACME is hiring a toolmaker and an apprentice. Companies, their agents and candidates each get their own kind of account; job seekers sign up on the public site and confirm by email, and every record is seen only by the people it belongs to. A new company waiting for approval turns up in Notifications.
Garage Pro
ACME's four delivery vans, with MOT and tax dates at a glance. When a date is close or past, Garage says so in Notifications - "ZZ19 VAN: MOT due in 12 days" - and in the sidebar. Registrations are looked up with the DVLA's vehicle enquiry service using your own key.
ACME's vans have made-up ZZ plates, and no DVLA key is set in the demo - hence the notice at the top.
Stay safe and in control
The quiet Tools: the ones that keep everything above secure, backed up, fast and looking like ACME.
Security Pro Pro
A health check with what to fix, two-factor sign-in with authenticator apps and recovery codes - required per role - and a firewall that bans scanners for longer each time they return. Per-route rate limits, country rules for the admin, breached-password checks, and every signed-in session in one list - end one, or sign someone out everywhere.
Backup Pro Pro
Underneath everything, the whole site - every Tool's data, the media, the users and the site's own database - is backed up every night, encrypted, and test-restored once a month away from the live site. ACME can restore a single page or the whole site itself, with a safety backup taken first, and sees everything Domma does with its backups in Activity and in Notifications.
Screens from cms.dommajs.org, which runs Backup Pro: the site's own view and Domma's.
Data Transfer Pro
Every Tool's records are collections, so one Tool looks after all of them. ACME takes a weekly backup and one before any big change; restoring (all or some, merged or replaced) takes a safety snapshot first. Collections move between file storage and MongoDB keeping every entry's id, so nothing that points at them breaks.
MongoDB Adapter Pro
Gives the site its own MongoDB database, provisioned for it, with the credentials managed centrally. Any collection can then live there - ACME's survey data does - and it is what Email Pro's search, conversations and rules, and Actions, run on.
Theme Roller Pro
ACME Brand started as the built-in Charcoal Light theme, changed to ACME's own colours and type with a live preview, and saved. Saved themes join the built-in ones everywhere a theme is chosen: the site, the admin, day and night, or a single region of a page.
All twenty-two Pro Tools.
Each one also works on its own, licensed per site. If a licence ever lapses, your data stays, and a free or built-in Tool takes over where there is one.
